Identity Dance company offer crew placements in Junior, Varsity & Adult age levels with the opportunity to audition at the beginning of each new year. The IDCO crew training programme provides development, training and performance opportunities locally, nationally and internationally for a wide range of ages with the intention of taking dancers to the next level in a safe family oriented environment.

Crew opportunities may include video shoots, dance intensives, in-house battles, crew bonding and company events together with the opportunity for local, national and possibly international travel for competitions, gigs or showcases.
